Kacey, also known by his Dharma and Chinese name Sun Pukai (孙普凯), is a Buddhist and Daoist Layman based in New York City specializing in Jiǎobēi (筊杯) and Liu Yao (六爻) I Ching divination.
He holds two Taoist names: Guǎng Tāo (广滔) from the Jingming tradition and Min Xuan (敏玄) from Zhengyi. A disciple of the 79th generation of his temple, he is recognized within his tradition as the first non-Chinese and first Indigenous Daoist Layman associated with both the Jingming and Zhengyi traditions. His spiritual practice includes devotion to Guan Yin and Guan Yu, as well as the Shingon Buddhist deities Dainichi Nyorai and Fudō Myōō.Descended from generations of Indigenous Medicine Carriers and Healers on both sides of his family, Pukai’s maternal lineage traces to Songoyoc, while his paternal lineage comes from Espiritista traditions. He began attending ceremonies and learning traditional practices at the age of two, and by sixteen was serving as a Medicine Carrier, Medium, and curandero within his community.
For over 17 years, Pukai has continued this spiritual path, studying ancestral traditions, purification, protection, dream interpretation, and spiritual practices. In accordance with his cultural values, he does not charge for traditional healing or spiritual services and currently offers only I-Ching readings, including Liu Yao and Jiao Bei.
His lifelong practice of spirituality, Kung Fu, and Mikkyo eventually led him to Taoism. Although he is not of Chinese descent, Pukai was given a Jingming name and is recognized as the first non-Chinese, Andean/Native American practitioner to hold a Jingming name. Because of his non-Chinese ancestry, he underwent his formal ordination through the Maoshan tradition, honoring the requirements of his lineage while continuing his connection to Jingming. He continues to deepen his training toward ordained priesthood within the Taoist tradition.

This is a yes or no question and can be answered with Jiǎobēi.

For important decisions like this both divination methods should be used for an answer that has room for no flaws. Jiǎobēi & Liu Yao should be used. You could use either or if you feel the question is not as important. For example: Someone obtaining a job offer to relocate their home would use both methods, but if its not that serious one or the other will do fine.
